Test things — Before jumping to conclusions and committing to a project, we test things. We Iterate, always, with smaller assumptions and tests, towards a bigger goal.
Every quarter, the entire Aragon team meets in person for a week of workshops, talks, strategy sessions, team bonding, and essential in-person work.
Offsites have been a key part of Aragon culture since day one, and have continued to strengthen our team throughout the years.
